Day 8

This morning I ate the leftover pasta from Bucca di Beppo so that I could have energy for my kick-boxing class. My class was canceled today, so basically I had no school. So I took a kick-boxing class at El-Camino Real instead, which was really tiring. But I think it will help me control my weight for this experiment because I'm starting to feel that I'm getting fatter.  In the afternoon, I ate clam chowder soup at Valley Fair Mall, followed by a Hot Dog on a Stick.

I really want to eat Asian food. Looking at Sarku, Panda Express, and the Mongolian BBQ counters at the food court really makes me want to eat all of them. Very tempting! However, I still managed to be strong and keep up with my experiment. On the evening, I went to San Francisco for the World Affair Council event with the ambassador of Germany in United States. So I decided to make a stop at an ice cream parlor, called Humphry Slocombe. I heard they have really nice ice cream. I had their "secret breakfast", which is a combination of bourbon and cornflakes.

It tasted really sweet, and I love how the texture of the cornflakes combined with all the flavor. For dinner, I had a grilled fish that I cooked at home, which was really easy to make. Ingredients: Any fish, I prefer rex sole fillet, put the mixture of : olive oil, chopped parsley, and garlic powder at the top of the fish, and put it on the oven for 15 minutes. Finally, I get to eat a healthy dinner.
